Please read these before you order or use our attars.

1. Safety & usage

Please read before use

  • For external use only. Do not swallow.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Our attars are not intended for use on babies or young children.
  • Allergies and sensitive skin: attars are concentrated oils that may contain natural allergens. If you have known fragrance allergies or sensitive skin, please avoid use or speak to a doctor first.
  • Do a patch test on a small area of skin (such as the inner wrist) and wait 24 hours before regular use.
  • Stop using immediately if redness, itching, swelling or irritation appears, and seek medical advice if it continues.
  • Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, and broken or irritated skin. If it gets into your eyes, rinse well with clean water.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a doctor before use.
  • Attar oils may mark light-coloured or delicate fabrics. Test on a hidden area before applying to clothes.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the cap tightly closed.

2. Products

  • All attars are oil-based roll-ons sold in 5.5 ml bottles unless stated otherwise.
  • Fragrance can smell slightly different on each person, and natural ingredients may vary a little from batch to batch.
  • Product pictures on this website are illustrations. The actual bottle and packaging may look different.
  • Perfume sprays are currently unavailable.

3. "Inspired by" fragrances

Products named "Inspired by …" are our own blends inspired by the scent profile of well-known fragrances. They are not the original products and are not made, endorsed or sponsored by those brands. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the scent.

4. Prices & orders

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. The price confirmed to you on WhatsApp at the time of ordering is final.
  • Orders are placed by WhatsApp or email. An order is confirmed only after we reply to confirm availability, price and delivery details.
  • Combo contents may be substituted with a similar fragrance if an item is out of stock. We will tell you before we send it.

5. Payment & delivery

  • Payment details are shared on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed.
  • Delivery charges and times depend on your location and will be confirmed with your order.
  • Please check your address and phone number carefully. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

6. Returns & refunds

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used attars cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will replace the item or refund you.
  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

7. Privacy

When you contact us through WhatsApp, email or the contact form, we use your name, phone number and email only to answer your enquiry and process your order. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
